I am sitting on the front porch, handing out candy to the local children who are trick-or-treating. In the midst of freezing and waiting, I decided I needed to tweet about what I am doing. As I get on my beloved Twitter, I found that Peter Shankman, founder of Help A Reporter Out (HARO), had posted this link. The Web site has the top 10 social media tools for PR practitioners.
